Kohler Co. warrants to the original retail consumer that each new Kohler gasoline engine sold by Kohler Co. will be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship in normal service for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase provided it is operated and maintained in accordance with Kohler Co.’s instructions and manuals. Consult Kohler owner’s manual for instructions and exclusions to this manufacturer’s warranty. Intimidator, Inc. does not assume any warranty obligation or liability for this item.

Intimidator, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, the drivetrain including gearbox, Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) clutches excluding belt, transaxles excluding CV joints, driveshafts and their subcomponents, and differential if found to be defective in material and/or workmanship within three (3) years after date of sale to the original retail purchaser of a new Intimidator utility vehicle. This limited warranty is non-transferrable to a 2nd party and will be subject to certain limitations.

Intimidator, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any part covered by the warranty which is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship within one (1) year after date of sale to the original retail purchaser of a new Intimidator, Inc. gas model.  This limited warranty is non-transferrable to a 2nd party and will be subject to certain limitations.

Intimidator, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, the UTV chassis if found to be defective in material and/or workmanship within five (5) years after date of sale to the original retail purchaser. This limited warranty is non-transferrable to a 2nd party and will be subject to certain limitations.

Batteries powering the Intimidator Utility Vehicle will carry a 6-month free replacement warranty.  These warranty claims will be handled by the battery manufacturer, Interstate Battery.  Intimidator, Inc. does not assume any warranty obligation, liability, or modification for this item.

Intimidator, Inc. dealers will repair or replace, at Intimidator, Inc.’s option, any defective part during the one-year warranty period.  The parts to be warranted must be defective in material and/or workmanship.  All replacement parts must be obtained from Intimidator, Inc. in order to comply with this manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.  This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear, accidents, improper maintenance, improper use or abuse of the product, or failure to follow the instructions contained in any owner’s manual for operation and maintenance.  This warranty also does not cover any vehicle that has been altered structurally, modified, neglected, improperly maintained, or used for purposes other than what the vehicle was designed for.  Also, this warranty does not cover physical damage to paint or finish, tearing or puncturing of upholstery material, corrosion, or defects in parts components or the vehicle due to fire, explosions or any other cause beyond Intimidator Inc.’s control. This warranty also excludes failures resulting from; improper lubrications, improper fuel, surface imperfections of fading caused by external stress, harmful cleaning solvents or fading; repairs made by an unauthorized repair center. Warranty does not apply to “wearable” items or items considered being part of normal maintenance.  “Wearable” items and normal maintenance components include but are not limited to; spark plugs, filters, fuel, sealants, lubricants, cosmetic damage, CVT belt, circuit relays/fuses, brake components and coolants.  Warranty does not cover personal loss items such as towing charges, mileage, rentals loss, pick-up and delivery fees, or loss of vacation/personal time. The customer must operate and maintain his/her machine within the proper guidelines of the owner’s manual.

It is the responsibility of the DEALER to register the Intimidator UTV online for warranty within 30 days from the date of retail purchase.
